    Mareas Policies
    • Children are welcome at Mareas
    • Due to the abundance of wildlife at Mareas, we have a “No Pets” policy. Pet boarding can be arranged.
    • To respect other guests we have a “No Smoking” policy.
    • Taxes; Costa Rica adds a 13% tax which will be added to your total charge.
    • Suite rentals have a minimum 3-night stay
    • Villa rentals have a minimum stay of one week
    • Handicap access: Currently we do not have handicap access

    Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy
    • 50% Deposit required to hold dates.
    • Reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due.
    • Cancellation 30 Days prior to reservation date, Full Refund less $500 Cancellation Fee.
    • Cancellation less than 30 Days prior to reservation date, forfit full reservation amount.
